Booking of surgery slots for operating theatres, booking of beds etc Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls. Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines. Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively. Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds using standard greetings. Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols. Perform any other duties as assigned.
