Job Scope: Conduct outbound calls to members and follow up on enquiries or payment matters. Record and maintain accurate call records, member feedback and campaign outcomes. Prepare reports and support post-campaign administrative processes. Coordinate with unions and internal stakeholders on campaign follow-up actions. Support membership roadshows, outreach activities and event logistics. Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
