3 months contract Temp Customer Service Support (Backend) (Renewable) #HGAT

*Clinic setting Location: Toa Payoh Salary: $10 /hr ( No CPF ) Working Hours:

• 2 Rotating Shifts (4 - 5 Days per week – must be open to work at least 1 weekend)
• Between 8.30am –8.45pm

8.30AM – 6.15PM 9.30AM – 7.15PM 10.15AM – 8.00PM 11AM – 8.45PM

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up with customers on appointments and enquiries
• Provide basic information and support
• Update call outcomes and records in system
• Backend administrative support (non-frontline)
