3 Months Contract Clinic Assistant (Radiology & Health Screening Clinic setting) #HAL

Salary: $2000 - $2500 Working Hours: 5.5 days. Hours can be staggered. 7am to 4pm. 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. Sat is 8am to 12pm or 9am to 1pm. Location: Orchard Job Description: provide operational support for the clinics with the following job responsibilities:

• Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection
• Error free results entry to CMS system
• Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy
• Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
• Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during work hours or after work hours
• Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination
• Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
