Customer Service & Sales Greet customers in a welcoming manner, always maintain a professional and customer-centric approach Proactively engage customers to promote account and debit card and sharing of product knowledge Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets Guide customers through the digital account opening and application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions Provide clear and friendly assistance on products, promotions, features, and benefits Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and direct them to appropriate channels when needed Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding Maintain basic housekeeping
