3 - 6 Months Locum Mobile Patient Service Associate (PSA) #HZTK

Location: Islandwide Working Hours: Mainly Office Hours Schedule will be pre-planned, might be e.g. 3 days per week or 5 days per week or no activation Key Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients at diagnostic centres and mobile healthcare sites Receive and assist patients at Laboratory and/or Radiography sections Register patients and assist with appointment scheduling Attend to patient enquiries and provide appropriate assistance Handle billing and payment collection Perform general administrative and patient service duties as assigned Work closely with the Laboratory/Radiographer-in-Charge to ensure smooth patient service operations Requirements Customer service oriented with good communication skills Comfortable interacting with patients and members of the public Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends when required Able to commit according to the pre-planned activation schedule
