Location: Ubi Duration: 3-4 months (ideally start around end of October) Salary: Up to $5500 Job Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Assist in quarterly and annual financial statement preparation. Support audit, tax, GST, SGX and REIT regulatory compliance requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, trustees, property managers and internal stakeholders.
