The Job:

Manage the full membership life cycle from initial prospect engagement through conversion and onboarding with a focus on sustainable, target-driven results to drive membership growth.

Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline Proactively prospect through cold outreach, referral networks, and participation in relevant industry events. Maintain a healthy, well-tracked pipeline of qualified leads with accurate recordsand clear visibility on conversion status at every stage.

Analyse performance and report insights Review recruitment outcomes and market trends to refine outreach strategies. Prepare periodic reports on KPI progress with actionable recommendation

Take on projects and tasks as assigned by the reporting officer, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to shared objectives

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client engagement
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
