Handle inbound calls from members of the public regarding related services and enquiries.

Provide accurate information on policies, application processes, service procedures and required documents.

Assess callers’ needs, clarify enquiries and guide them on the appropriate next steps.

Escalate complex, sensitive or unresolved cases to the relevant team or authority for follow-up.

Document call details accurately in the system while meeting service-level, quality and productivity KPIs.
