We are hiring 2 Months Temp Guest Service Officer to be outsourced to our client from a reputable hospitality organization. Apply now!

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to residents’ queries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest and resident registrations.
• Provide excellent frontline customer service and ensure a positive resident experience.
• Attend to general enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Perform other guest service and front office duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start immediately and commit for 2 months.
• Able to work any 5 days per week from Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.
• Able to commit to 44 working hours per week with a 45-minute break.
• Must be open to rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
• Available shifts vary by assigned location, include 7am–4.30pm, 10am/11am–7.30pm/8.30pm, 1pm–10.30pm and 10pm–7.30am.
• Work locations located in Orchard area.
