12 Months Underwriting Assistant | Reinsurance | Up to $5000 #NKA

Location: Raffles Place Duration: 12 months Salary: Up to $5000 + 2 months completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Coordinate quotation creation, name clearance, policy binding and renewals. Manage account portfolios and ensure timely, accurate policy processing. Process premiums, commissions, taxes and reinsurance transactions accurately. Liaise with Underwriting to ensure smooth handover of new and renewed accounts. Maintain accurate policy documentation and records in internal systems. Process policy endorsements, insurance certificates and other policy amendments. Support premium collection and coordinate with Credit Control on outstanding payments. Liaise with underwriters, brokers, clients and internal teams to resolve queries and requests. Ensure data accuracy, compliance with guidelines and timely policy issuance. Support process improvements, system testing (UAT), projects and onboarding of new hires. Prepare regular reports on policy issuance progress and outstanding issues. Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
