Location: Raffles Place Duration: 12 months Salary: Up to $6000 + 1 month bonus Job Responsibilities: Support HR system implementation, including UAT, user guides, data migration and stakeholder queries. Consolidate feedback on system design and process improvements. Extract, consolidate and analyse data for compensation, benefits, budgeting and performance reviews. Prepare regular compensation and performance reports and review exceptional compensation proposals. Support market/industry surveys and other Rewards or corporate projects as required. Job Requirements: 3 to 6 years’ experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefit roles Excellent ability to work with large data sets on Excel and systems knowledge Past experience with Oracle system preferred
