Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Responsibilities Manage the one-stop Healthier SG booth and assist patients/residents with Healthier SG enrolment and related enquiries. Engage patients and residents through one-to-one conversations and small group sharing at hospitals, designated booths and community outreach settings. Explain the benefits of Healthier SG and encourage eligible individuals to enrol. Guide participants on their first Health Plan review, preventive health recommendations and annual follow-ups. Attend to Healthier SG-related enquiries from patients and caregivers. Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Prior customer service experience is an advantage. Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps and system applications. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
