1 Year Systems Engineer (Printing Solutions) | Pasir Panjang | Up to $3400 #NKA

Location: Pasir Panjang

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 845 - 545

Salary: Up to $3400

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for escalated MFD software, network, DFE and colour-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines, documenting root causes and solutions.
• Troubleshoot network scanning, connectivity and authentication issues (SMB, FTP, WebDAV, LDAP, etc.).
• Perform on-site installation, configuration and testing of Multifunction Devices (MFDs).
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Digital Front End (DFE) systems, including Fiery or equivalent.
• Perform software updates, patch management and routine system maintenance.
• Conduct colour calibration, ICC profiling and troubleshoot colour consistency issues.
• Liaise with customer IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system integration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Customer Service Engineers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years in a technical support or field engineering role
• Hands-on experience with MFD installation and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, SMB
• Experience with DFE systems (Fiery or equivalent) is an advantage
• Knowledge of colour management and ICC profiling is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills

GOOD TO HAVE

• Vendor certifications (Fiery Certified, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox, or equivalent)
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Experience with Wireshark or network diagnostic tools
