Location: Raffles Place Duration: 1 Year contract Salary: Up to $5000 Job Responsibilities: Maintain portfolio data and prepare monthly/quarterly reports. Monitor fund performance, risks and key investment metrics. Support portfolio analysis and investment performance reviews. Coordinate with stakeholders on investment transactions and reporting. Support direct and indirect real estate investment reporting. Track investment parameters and ensure alignment with approvals. Monitor and report portfolio ESG metrics.
