1 Year Contract PSA (Customer Service) - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: Bukit Merah / Marine Parade / Pasir Ris Salary: $2500 Duration: 1 Year Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days (44 hours per week) Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (8 working hours per day) Every Saturday: 7:00am – 1:30pm (4 working hours per day)

Job responsibilities: Greet and register patients Schedule patient appointment Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster.
