1 year contract Patient Service Associate (Tampines / Sengkang /Pasir Ris) - $2500 Fixed #HKH

Responsibilities: Greet and register patients Schedule patient appointment Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster.
