1 year contract Customer Service Associate - Bedok / Pasir Ris / Sengkang / Punggol

Your tasks

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements

• Possess at least a GCE N / O / A / NITEC / Private Dip / Local Dip
• Comfortable to go through pre-employment medical checkup and comfortable to take the vaccination booster ( if needed )
• Keen interest in healthcare setting
