Working hours : 5 day work week; 42 hours per week Mon to Fri : 630AM to 330PM/4PM OR 10AM/11AM to 8PM Sat : 630AM to 3PM Job Scope

• Perform patient’s admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter
• Perform financial counselling – explain hospital agreement, estimated charges, advise on Medisave/Medishield/private shield payment arrangements, collect deposits
• Perform billing and cashiering - process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection (call the dr)
• To request for Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers, follow up for LOGs
