1 Year Contract Business Operations Executive, Order Processing (SAP) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams, customers across Asia Pacific, Procurement and Finance on sales and business operations activities. Manage end to end order processing including contract sign off, purchase orders, billing, accounts receivable and project tracking. Monitor project timelines and maintain accurate project, order and operational information in internal systems. Support monthly forecasting, annual business planning and inventory management to ensure accurate operational planning. Manage contracts and coordinate the timely execution and renewal of annual maintenance projects. Prepare sales, finance and credit related reports; monitor payment terms, outstanding items and operational risks while following up with relevant stakeholders.
