1 Year Contract AI Product Analyst (Business Analysis / GenAI / Automation) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders across Asia to identify and evaluate AI use cases, prioritising opportunities based on business value, feasibility and operational impact. Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics for AI product development. Design and develop AI workflows and solutions using prompt engineering, AI copilots and automation tools to improve business productivity. Work closely with AI engineering teams to support product development, roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation and solution delivery. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and evaluate AI solution performance, including accuracy, relevance, output quality and issue resolution. Support AI adoption and change management initiatives, including user training, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement of AI solutions across regional markets.

Job Requirements Min. Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics or a related discipline. Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Exposure to Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs or Power Automate would be advantageous.
