1 Year Banking Operations | Downtown | Up to $3500 #NKA

Location: Fort Canning / Downtown / Clarke Quay Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) with 1.5-hour lunch break Salary: Up to $3500 + 1 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Handle asset transfers for local and foreign markets, including related operational risks and escalations. Manage SG Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) and trade affirmations. Process scripless conversion requests and share transfers. Respond to queries from clients, trade representatives and relevant stakeholders. Liaise with counterparties and custodians on transaction matters. Ensure compliance with procedures and proper documentation. Review and streamline processes to improve efficiency and controls. Collate proxy instructions and prepare forms for submission to relevant authorities. Process physical share certificate deposits for Singapore and foreign markets. Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned. Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance with proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VBA, Macros), Words, PowerPoint
