Location: Alexandra / Pasir Panjang Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM with 1hour meal break Salary: Up to $3700 + 2 months completion bonus (depending on performance) Job Responsibilities: Inbound call handling for accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries; Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers; Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information Assist in any duties and projects as assigned Job Requirements: Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and Public Holidays Able to do OTs if required Past experience in contact centre/customer service role Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
