[Permanent] Facility Maintenance Executive @ North

Our client is a leading logistics and cold chain company looking for a Facility Maintenance Executive to support the smooth and reliable operation of its facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment and systems Coordinate repairs and breakdown rectification Manage contractors and service providers Support facility maintenance and improvement projects Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment performance and safety compliance Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions Work closely with Operations and other departments on facility-related matters Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports Provide technical guidance to the maintenance team Details Mandai Link $4,000 – $4,500/month Mon–Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm | Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm Working hours will subsequently transition to a 5-day work week Benefits Annual Leave: 14 days, increasing up to 18 days Entitled to AWS & Variable Bonus Requirements Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Mechatronics or a related field At least 5 years of relevant maintenance/project experience Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environments Knowledge of facility management, equipment maintenance and safety standards Experience managing contractors/vendors Good communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with industrial refrigeration, automated material handling systems or ASRS is an advantage
