Customer Service Coordinator (Logistics) @ West

Salary: Up to $3,000/month Location: Boon Lay Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm Job Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and coordinate import, export and local cargo orders. Raise and update job sheets for import/export shipments and ensure accurate job details. Coordinate with shipping lines and internal departments on cargo clearance, transportation and warehousing. Monitor vessel arrivals, shipment status and delivery progress, keeping customers updated. Arrange trucking schedules, courier services and delivery order/document collection. Record relevant charges for customer billing and ensure accurate documentation. Handle customer complaints and service recovery. Provide support to the Shipping Documentation / Customer Service team when required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding or shipping. Good communication and coordination skills. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling time-sensitive requests.
