Customer Relations Officer (Printing Solutions)

Salary: Up to $3,400/month Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5.45pm Location: Pasir Panjang / travel to customers' sites Job Responsibilities: Visit customers' premises to introduce Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) and printing products . Conduct product presentations and demonstrate equipment features and functions. Guide customers through hands-on product trials and explain how to operate the equipment. Answer customers' queries and provide basic operational guidance. Assist with basic equipment setup and troubleshooting when required. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical field service or customer-facing technical support. Good communication and presentation skills. Technical knowledge is an advantage, but candidates without prior technical knowledge may be considered if they are willing and able to learn on the job.
