We are hiring under Recruit Express Services headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Tagore Lane (Near Lentor MRT) Transport provided back home only, will fetch to AMK, YCK or Lentor MRT

Salary: $3000 to $3500

Duration: Start ASAP for 1 year contract (Renewable or Convertible)

Timing: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Duties:

• 2-3 years of HR experience
• Manage HR functions including recruitment and selection, employee engagement and relations, and workplace safety.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Liaise with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of overseas payroll.
• Maintain and administer employee records, leave, medical claims, and other HR-related data.
• Prepare monthly payroll journals, headcount reports, man-hour reports, and other HR and management reports as required.
• Handle general administrative matters, including access cards, keys, office supplies, and related facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and facilities management.
• Coordinate and administer employee training and development programmes.
• Organize monthly employee welfare activities and team-building events
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are properly maintained, standardized, and audit-ready to support internal and external audit requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.
