Assistant Manager, Project Logistics & Key Accounts (Sales / Fixed Salary)

Looking for a consultative sales role without the stress of a commission-based salary? We are sourcing an Assistant Manager, Global Projects & Industry Solutions for a leading global logistics provider.

Details

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 / month ( 100% fixed base , no sales commission)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
• Location: Changi South
• Travel: Only occasional business travel required

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Account Leadership: Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for strategic key accounts.
• Sales Growth: Execute account-specific strategies to hit revenue and margin targets.
• Solution Consulting: Design tailored, multimodal logistics plans for complex, large-scale projects.
• Financials: Manage account P&Ls, negotiate commercial contracts, and optimize pipelines.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal operations and project teams for flawless execution.

🔍 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales/BD experience in Project Logistics, Out-Of-Gauge (OOG), Non-Common-Load (NCL), Break-Bulk, or heavy/oversized cargo .
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of multimodal logistics across Sea (FCL, Ro/Ro, Break-bulk), Air, and Land .
