Senior IT Manager (M365, Shipping/Maritime)

Develop and execute IT strategies and digital transformation initiatives to support marine fuel trading, bunkering operations, vessel activities and corporate functions.

Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, company portals and vessel applications to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.

Lead cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives to safeguard company systems and information assets.

Drive technology improvements through AI, process automation and data analytics, while managing IT projects, budgets, vendors and the internal IT team.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect/Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator/AWS Solutions Architect Certified
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management position, preferably in the Shipping/Maritime industry .
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, company portals, IT infrastructure, cloud services and enterprise systems management.
• Proven track record in IT strategy development, digital transformation, IT project management, cybersecurity, IT governance and process automation.
