Broking Manager (Corporate Insurance)

Your tasks

• Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate insurance accounts, building long-term relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders.
• Advise clients on construction, property and casualty insurance solutions, including data centre risks involving owners, operators and contractors.
• Oversee insurance placement, quotation and proposal preparation, policy renewals and coverage negotiations to secure appropriate terms and competitive premiums.
• Provide strategic advice on risk management and claims handling, ensuring insurance solutions meet clients' business requirements.
• Lead insurer negotiations, manage complex client enquiries and ensure compliance with Singapore's statutory insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma and above; professional insurance qualifications
• Extensive experience in corporate insurance broking in construction, property and casualty insurance, with exposure to data centre risks.
• Proven track record in managing corporate accounts, negotiating with insurers and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, communication and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Singapore's statutory insurance requirements and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels.
