- Visiting potential customers and performing technical inspections.

- Thinking along with customers regarding retention, contract optimization, and additional solutions.
- Building a sustainable network within various sectors.
- Sharing your expertise with colleagues and acting as a technical-commercial point of contact within the team.
- Monitoring the quality of your files and achieving your commercial objectives.
A role with much autonomy
You will be given great freedom to organize your own work. There are no fixed office days and you will independently plan your customer visits, prospecting, and other activities. At the same time, you will not be alone. You will receive thorough guidance during your start and will undergo an extensive onboarding process including:
- Ride-along moments with experienced technicians.
- Riding along with other Account Managers.
- Guidance from the Sales Manager.
- Online training and educational sessions at various locations.
- Regular individual follow-up and coaching.
- A 1-on-1 with the Sales Manager every two weeks.
