Jr. Operational Manager
Must-have:Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with managerial/supervisory experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or waste/plastic management is preferred
- Strong understanding of management fundamentals: leadership, people management, planning, KPI management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of operational/production fundamentals, including productivity, efficiency, quality control, SOPs, cost control, and HSE
- Ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage targets, and ensure effective and efficient operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work hands-on and be directly involved in field operations.
