1 Field Application Engineer (FAE) Power IC's (m/f/d)

TASKS:

• Active technical support of the sales team throughout the entire sales process, from identifying new projects and customer requirements to successful Design-In and Design-Win
• Planning and conducting customer visits in the EMEA region, both independently and together with colleagues from sales
• Technical consulting for customers regarding the selection and application of Power IC products as well as discrete semiconductor solutions
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable technical solution concepts based on the existing and future Power IC portfolio
• Accompanying and supporting customer projects throughout the entire development and design cycle
• Conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for customers, distributors, sales partners, as well as internal teams
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of reference designs, evaluation boards, application notes, presentation materials, and other technical sales documentation
• Systematic documentation and tracking of technical business opportunities, project progress, and next steps in close coordination with the responsible sales team

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed technical degree, preferably in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Nachrichtentechnik, or a comparable field of study
• At least three years of professional experience in the areas of power electronics, analog electronics, Power-Management-ICs, or in a comparable position as a Field Application Engineer (FAE), application engineer, or development engineer
• Good knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology as well as practical experience with DC/DC converters, AC/DC applications, voltage regulators, or comparable Power-Management solutions
• Practical experience in using laboratory and measurement technology as well as knowledge in circuit analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Strong customer and sales orientation, combined with enjoyment of personal exchange, technical discussions, and building long-term customer relationships
• Confident and professional appearance, strong presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex technical content in a target-group-oriented manner
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working in an international environment
• Willingness to travel regularly within the EMEA region
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing are mandatory
• German language skills are an advantage
