Your Role

• You are part of our inside sales department and ensure in the back office that technical and commercial processes interlock smoothly
• You create calculations as well as offers, combining technical know-how with economic thinking
• You develop project approaches and technical solutions with the help of our technical office, coordinated with our customers' requirements
• You actively support our customers, keep an eye on offers, and follow up independently
• You provide competent support to our customers via email and telephone

Your Profile

• You have completed technical or commercial training
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in inside sales, back office, or a comparable position
• You have very good written and spoken English skills
• French skills are not a must - but an advantage
• You have good IT skills - experience with proALPHA (ERP) is a plus
