Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential customers and generate, qualify, and develop leads for the Company’s fractional real estate ownership products through online and offline channels, referrals, networking, and other relevant sales channels.
- Engage prospective customers to understand their property-ownership needs, preferences, budget and purchase objectives and determine their interest in the Company’s available fractional ownership products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s fractional ownership products, sales processes and relevant market developments.
- Present and explain the features, fractional ownership structures, pricing, payment arrangements and other relevant details of the Company’s fractional real estate ownership products.
- Conduct sales presentations, prospect meetings, follow-up calls and other customer-engagement activities.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and prospects at different stages of the sales cycle.
- Convert qualified prospects and close sales in accordance with applicable product terms and pricing.
- Guide successful prospects through the applicable sales documentation and customer-onboarding process, working with relevant internal teams where required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, customer interactions, follow-ups and completed sales.
- Meet individual sales, lead-generation, conversion and other assigned performance targets.
- Participate in product launches, property inspections, sales activations, exhibitions, presentations, campaigns and other customer-acquisition activities.
- Provide relevant feedback from prospects and customers, including recurring enquiries, objections, market observations and competitor information encountered during sales activities.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales, customer experience and relevant operational teams to ensure effective follow-through on customer transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND; holders of HND or Bachelor’s degrees are also encouraged to apply.
- 0-1 year of experience
- Strong interest in sales, real estate, business development or customer acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching, engaging and presenting to prospective customers.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good persuasive-selling and closing skills.
- Ability to prospect actively and follow up consistently.
- Ability and willingness to work towards defined sales targets and performance expectations.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic digital proficiency, including the ability to use email, messaging applications and other sales or productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
- Self-motivation, resilience and a results-oriented approach to work.
- Integrity, professionalism and sound judgement when dealing with prospective and existing customers.
- Ability to work effectively within a hybrid work arrangement.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates with previous experience or exposure in real estate, direct sales, business development, customer acquisition, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, FMCG or other target-driven commercial environments are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates without previous industry experience will also be considered where they demonstrate strong communication skills, confidence, commercial drive, learning ability and genuine sales potential.
