We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customers' sleeping habits, preferences, and requirements.

Introduce and explain our AI mattress features, technology, benefits, and product options.

Conduct professional product demonstrations and mattress trials.

Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and budget.

Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom environment.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and new technology.

Assist with showroom events, promotions, and marketing activities when required.

Requirements Sales experience is preferred, especially in retail, furniture, mattress, healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle products.

Candidates without sales experience but with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.

Customer-service oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Comfortable speaking with customers and conducting product presentations.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the showroom schedule.

Ability to communicate in English. Additional languages such as Mandarin are an advantage.
