Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Resale Real Estate senior Executive to lead and motivate our sales team.

• Lead, coach, and manage the Resale real estate sales team to achieve target goals.
• Monitor team performance and implement effective sales strategies.
• Handle high-level client negotiations and oversee deal closings.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Resale.
• Appearance: Presentable and professional appearance (Essential Requirement).
• English Level: Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English proficiency.
• Attributes: High commitment, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
