- End-to-end management of recruitment processes for complex technological roles
- Sourcing and developing innovative recruitment sources
- Accompanying hiring managers throughout the entire process
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- High level of English
- High technological orientation and fast learning of tools and systems
- Proficiency and daily use of AI tools to improve processes
- Achievement orientation, independence, and a proven ability to lead processes
- Experience in technology recruitment (with an emphasis on hardware and software) - a significant advantage
Location: Daily work from the company's offices in Petah Tikva.
