About the company

At Ready We are looking for an LT Data Integration Engineer with experience in the design, development, and operation of enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) as the primary platform. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing data pipelines to feed Databricks Lakehouse, ensuring scalable, efficient solutions aligned with business needs.

Your tasks

  • Design, develop, and implement ingestion, transformation, and data distribution pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Mass Ingestion (CMI).
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes toward Databricks Lakehouse using IDMC for Databricks and Delta Lake patterns.
  • Migrate processes developed in PowerCenter to Informatica IDMC using structured methodologies and migration accelerators.
  • Manage and maintain integration infrastructure (Secure Agents and Runtime Environments), ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
  • Implement integrations via Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for APIs, business processes, and microservices.
  • Apply CLAIRE GPT and CLAIRE Copilot to accelerate development, debugging, and automatic pipeline documentation.
  • Monitor Informatica Processing Units (IPU) consumption and propose cost and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the availability, quality, and scalability of integration solutions.

Long-term project focused on strategic analysis and operations optimization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience with ETL/ELT tools, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and preferably GCP), and AI-assisted development using CLAIRE GPT and CLAIRE Copilot.
