Your tasks

🧩 Responsibilities****

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for generative AI models (LLMs).
• Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of outputs (accuracy, coherence, and biases).
• Define AI use cases in conjunction with business and technology teams.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and applications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
• Document best practices and prompt engineering standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior AI Prompt Engineer with experience in generative AI models, capable of designing, optimizing, and scaling prompts that drive intelligent solutions aligned with business objectives. This role will be key in implementing AI capabilities within digital processes and products.

• More than 8 years of professional experience (ideally in technical or analytical roles).
• Experience working with LLM models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or others).
• Knowledge in NLP and prompt engineering techniques.
• Analytical capacity and structured thinking for problem-solving.
• Experience in integrating solutions via APIs.
• English level C1 (advanced) – fluent oral and written communication.
