Senior Security Supervisor - Night at Outram Park

Reachfield Security (a Grade “A” agency) specializes in supplying security manpower to schools, factories, shopping centers, museums, libraries, etc. Position: Full-Time, Senior Security Supervisor Salary up to $3990 gross per month (5656 days of work arrangement) Location of work: Outram Park ***

1. Supervise a team of security personnel.
2. Good leadership skills and ability to lead a security team to meet the client's requirements.
3. Day/night depends on location; 12-hour shift (fixed shift, no need to rotate)
4. Job duties include leading the team, conducting daily briefings, patrolling, protecting clients' premises and access control, etc.
5. Possessed a PLRD license (SSS rank) and completed CERT training.
6. Work with the client's representative closely and carry out instructions according to the set SOP.
7. PC literate and able to put up incident reports.
8. Conduct OJT for new staff; guide, advise, and orientate new staff for the job.
9. Attend management meetings.
