Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operations Perform daily manpower planning, deployment and management of staff roster Plan, develop, revise and implement new operational procedures Review and implement Productivity and Innovation initiatives Monitor, analyse and implement measures to optimize operational KPI Overall asset management to ensure optimal performance and serviceability with all stakeholders Liaison with customers on operational matters Liaison with Contractors on Vehicle and Equipment breakdowns Driver Attendance, Leave Planning & Off Planning Recruitment and Orientation for new drivers and crews Inventory management Prepare Monthly Reports - Operational/Incident/Accident/KPIs, etc Monthly Training for Staff Liaison Support BD activities Incident/Accident investigation and Reporting Any other duty as assigned Job Requirement Minimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering / environmental certificates Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a managerial role Posses good interpersonal and communication skills
