Duties: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. - Conduct market research to determine property value. - Create property listings and market properties through various channels. - Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork for real estate transactions. - Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. - Maintain and update listings of available properties. - Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.

Qualifications: - *Must be licensed real estate agent*. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. - Proficiency in property management software is a plus. - Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for client communication.
