Job Descriptions

• Monitor and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets (KPIs)
• Visit existing customers regularly
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
• Support the manager with market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Supervise and guide junior staff members
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for Japanese management
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Accounting departments
• Review quotations, purchase orders (PO), and marketing contracts
• Take quick action based on instructions from management

Qualifications: [MUST] Age 27–35 years old Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Business level in English Have driver license At least 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Experience visiting customers and managing client relationships Experience preparing sales reports and coordinating with internal departments Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Understanding of Japanese business communication style (Hou-Ren-So) High responsibility and attention to detail Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience in chemical industry or B2B sales Experience supervising level
