• Improve machinery safety standards and define safety prevention measures
• Lead Kaizen projects related to safety and environment
• Manage and control the distribution system of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Control the use of chemicals and hazardous substances in accordance with laws and regulations
• Oversee the readiness of the infirmary and medical supplies
• Organize activities and campaigns to promote safety awareness
• Prepare Management Review reports regarding safety and environment
• Conduct monthly Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Committee (OSHE Committee) meetings
• Perform regular safety inspections and Safety Patrols
• Prepare monthly safety summary reports
• Organize safety orientation training for new employees
• Control waste and industrial waste management processes in accordance with the law
• Support the continuous development and improvement of safety and environmental systems

Qualifications: Age 30-40 years old Bachelor's degree (any field) English skills at Intermediate level Experience in safety and occupational health management 6+ years of experience working in industrial factories Knowledge of ISO 14001 environmental management systems Experience in accident investigation and defining corrective and preventive measures Experience in managing PPE, chemicals, and industrial waste/refuse Experience in leading safety improvement projects
