Purchasing Engineer (10796) Location : MRT Phetburi or BTS Thonglor (8 minutes by bike taxi) Work Hours : Mon-Fri (8AM-5PM) Industry : Electrical and facility engineering for data centers and infrastructure projects

Job Descriptions

• Manage the sourcing process, including RFQ preparation, supplier selection, and commercial comparison
• Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective procurement solutions
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Site teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are aligned
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
• Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and documentation discrepancies
• Support cost control activities and value engineering initiatives
• Maintain procurement records and purchasing documents

Qualifications: Age 25-45 years old Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Intermediate English communication New Graduates are welcome or 1–3 years or more of experience in procurement or purchasing Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail Able to manage procurement documents Able to work closely with Engineering, Project, and Site teams
