Accounting Manager - Mexico United States Operation
Do you have experience leading accounting teams and managing high-volume financial operations? This opportunity could be for you. We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join an organization with operations in Mexico and the United States, in a strategic role in accounting, tax, and financial management.
What will you do?
- Supervise the accounting operation of Mexico and the United States.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations and regulations in both countries.
- Coordinate audit processes.
- Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Generate executive reports for Management.
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 to 9 collaborators.
- Maintain coordination with the management and legal areas of the organization.
We are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Contaduría Pública.
- English B2–C1 or bilingual level, indispensable for interaction with USA teams.
- Solid experience in accounting and taxation in Mexico and the United States.
- Experience managing high-volume financial operations.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Analytical, organizational, and decision-making capacity.
- Availability to travel.
