Reception and Customer Relations Officer M/F - Fluent English

Your missions:

• Offer a warm, personalized welcome in accordance with excellence standards, both in person and by telephone.
• Take charge of and accompany customers upon their arrival, ensuring their comfort and the quality of their experience.
• Ensure fluid communication with all employees to facilitate the handling of each customer.
• Imagine and organize events to strengthen the relationship with our customers and bring the Mercedes-Benz universe to life.
• Contribute to the attractiveness and well-being of the dealership spaces by imagining and implementing thematic, elegant decorations consistent with the brand identity.

Your profile:

Above all, we are looking for a smiling, dynamic, customer-oriented personality who enjoys representing brand values.

Possessing an excellent presentation and very good elocution, you enjoy human contact and are committed to offering a warm, personalized, and high-quality welcome.

Creative and proactive, you are recognized for your initiative, your attention to detail, and your ability to anticipate needs.

You are comfortable in exchanges as well as in teamwork, and you know how to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Successful experience in reception, ideally in premium retail, high-end hospitality, or luxury, would be a real asset. A driving license (Permis B) is essential.

You possess a good level of English.
