Your role within the laboratory

Your primary activities within the laboratory consist of the preparation, processing, and analysis of incoming samples, including minerals, concentrates, and metal alloys. The analyses are carried out in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, and therefore you work according to NEN and ISO standards.

Your profile

You aspire to a position as a chemical analyst who works accurately and takes responsibility for performing daily activities. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

• You have graduated in Chemistry;
• You are motivated and eager to learn, and you can quickly master new techniques;
• You have knowledge of various wet chemical techniques and/or instrumental analysis techniques, such as ICP, AAS-Flame, AAS-GFA;
• You have some knowledge of working according to an ISO-17025 quality system;
• You can work from English-language procedures and work instructions;
• You are able to work effectively both independently and in a team;
• You find challenge in performing routine preparation and analyses.

Additionally, you want to further develop yourself within this growing organization and want to improve the department by collaborating efficiently with colleagues and further streamlining processes.
