Jr. Traffic Executive - Foreign Trade / Operations

Main responsibilities:

Coordinate and follow up on import and export operations. Receive, review, and request the necessary documentation for each operation. Follow up on pedimentos, invoices, letters of instruction, transport documents, and other related documentation. Maintain communication with clients, customs agents, carriers, shipping lines, and involved providers. Follow up on the status of operations and keep the corresponding parties informed. Coordinate dates for dispatch, release, loading, unloading, and delivery of goods. Review that the operation information is correct and matches the documentation provided. Identify and report incidents, delays, or deviations in operations in a timely manner. Follow up on requirements and observations from clients and providers. Keep systems, controls, and operation files updated. Integrate and preserve documentary evidence of the services performed. Support the preparation of reports and area indicators. Follow up on operation times and service compliance. Comply with the procedures, policies, and guidelines established by the organization and applicable to foreign trade.
